★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mau ada perlu ke cs malah di suruh cari kantor cabang bank DKI terdekat dengan alasan kuota penuh. Padahal gapp ngantri 1hari juga. Sangat ga memuaskan.
If you want to go to CS, you are even told to look for the nearest DKI bank branch office on the grounds that the quota is full. Even though Gapp queues for 1 day too. Very unsatisfactory.

Satu customer bisa setengah jam.. Ampunnn deh.. Klo bank pemerintah. Bgini amad.. Kalah ma bank swasta... Waktu kenyang sia sia....
The service is really bad even though you only pay KIR for the car....
One customer can take half an hour.. Sorry, if it's a government bank. What's this, madam.. Losing to a private bank... Full time is wasted....
