★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebagai konsumen yang selalu setor kesini dari mulai masih gadis sampe sekarang udah punya anak satu, kebaikannya pasti banyak bgt kan. iya banyak banget ga ke itung, satpam ramah, pelayanan bagus. Tapi hari ini sedih sampe pengen nangis. sumpah. mau tuker uang tapi kok dikacangin ampir sejam nunggu. nyerah juga akhirnya soalnya ada yg nuker sambil setor langsung dikasih. padahal jelas bgt waktu aku nanya recehnya ada berapa dia bilang 5rban ada 1.5jt . aku bilang : ka nanti kalo udah senggang panggil aku ya. " aku bilang gtu soalnya aku ga mau ganggu yg mau transaksi dlu. tapi sampe dia udah selesai aku ga di panggil2. sedih sampe mu nangis soalnya aku sering bgt kesana . di jalan pulang nangis deh. untung ada tukang seblak sama minunan soda . suasana hati kembali membaik ? buat tth BCA yg tadi, tolong jangan anggurin akuuu. aku juga abis setor kok , tapi bukan di counter 7. di cn 1. tapi pas nanya di cn 1 katanya kalau nuker uang di cn 7, tapi jangan sampai ganggu transaksi . okey aku setuju aja kan.....!! tapi ga sampe gini hikshiks..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan customer servicenya super lambat dan super parah. Customer service ada 4. 2 panggil antrian D. 2 panggil antrian A. Sudah jelas2 yg antrian A sudah nunggu menumpuk lama banget. Tetap diutamakan antrian D dl. Pas saya datang jam 08.30 saya dapat nomor 17. Yg dilayani nomor 7. Saya tunggu 2 jam sampai sekarang 10.35 masih di antrian 14 dan CS untuk antrian A malah berkurang 1 org.
Customer service is super slow and super severe. Customer service has 4. 2 call queues D. 2 call queues A. It's obvious that the queue A has been waiting for a long time to pile up. Preferably the queue D dl. When I arrived at 8:30 I got number 17. Who was served number 7. I waited 2 hours until now 10.35 was still in queue 14 and CS for queue A was even reduced by 1 person.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bener2 lelet untuk cs nya.. hanya ngurus mobile banking aja mesti ngantri berjam2.. cs ada 4 kinerjanya santai bener.. gak sadar dibelakang antrian banyak..
Really slow for cs .. just taking care of mobile banking, you have to queue for hours .. cs there are 4 performance really relaxed .. didn't realize there were a lot of queues behind it ..
