★ ★ ★ ★ ★ a place where you can get authentic halal udon with reasonable price!! though it is a bit pricey for some but trust me it is worth the price. im craving for marugame udon's yakitori but only a few of the fritters/tempura/snack are being displayed.. maybe it has something to do with covid thingy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No need to go to Japan for an authentic Udon at the moment. The restaurant represents the authenticity of Japan hut and culture. It worth of comback for the yumness of the food. It's a raining season. It's a perfect time to have a warm udon topped with crispy tempura.
Oh one more thing....If you come to Marugame Udon at Summarecon Mall Serpong at Saturday night, you can enjoy the live music that provided by mall itself, cause the stage situated right in front of Marugame restaurant. Yup! Perfect resto to go !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I used to love to go to marugame, but when i go here, it makes me "hate" udon, i dont know whats different but, i think i will stop eating udon for a while now, overall, with the service and taste of the food, it is standard, not really worth the price but ok

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Udon has been always one of my favorite foods. To me, Marugame udon is being a top of mind when it comes to Udon. A few years ago, I felt that the Udon served at this branch was extraordinary. Both taste and texture were top notch. However, these have been changed drastically during my last visit to this branch. I was totally disappointed with their udon as it was not like any Udon I have ever tasted, it was more similar to big noodles or "kwetiau". That was weird for a Japanese restaurant whereby it should have the highest accuracies and precisions in quality. Moreover the overall taste was terrible compared to a few years ago. It was also over cooked. It might be quality control issues. I would strongly suggest that the management should care about their foods' quality more seriously. I will probably return to this branch after the foods' quality issues have been solved properly.
