★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya beli laptop asus di sini, pelayanannya lumayan ramah sih walau antri, harganya sama sih kayak di toko2 lain yg pelayanannya jg ada yg lebih ramah. Tapi krn capek muter2 akhirnya beli di sini krn rame, katanya gratis instalasi, pas beli iya emang semua fitur dasar sudah terinstal, pas di tempat saya cuma cek memang sudah terinstal apa belum, dan sudah tapi setelah dicek detail di rumah ternyata hanya instal doang belum diaktivasi, repotlah saya harus aktivasi ini itu agar laptop bisa dipake. Tapi sedihnya, baru 2 bulan dipake sound entah kenapa ngga bunyi kalau pakai headset bisa, tapi headset lepat suara hilang
Mau diklaimkan garansi, kartu garansinya malah dihilangin kakak saya
Tapi ya kok bisa baru 2 bulan dipake udah bermasalah, padahal saya beli netbook di tempat lain udah 5 tahun lebih ngga bermasalah, klo yg dipermasalahkan faktor pengguna
Kayaknya kalau beli harus ditanya2 dulu dengan detail biar ngga kecewa
I bought an Asus laptop here, the service is quite friendly even though it is queued, the price is the same as in other stores whose services are also more friendly. But krn tired muter2 finally buy here krn crowded, he said free installation, fitting and purchase yeah weve all the basic features are already installed, right where I was just a check is already installed anything yet, and already but after checking details at home was just install doang yet activated, I had to bother activating this so that the laptop could be used. But sadly, after only 2 months using sound, I don't know why it doesn't sound if you use a headset, but the voice-lost headset disappears
Wanting to claim a guarantee, the warranty card was actually eliminated by my brother
But yeah, how come it has only been 2 months for using it, it has been a problem, even though I bought a netbook in another place, it hasn't been problematic for 5 years, if the user factor is concerned
It seems like if you buy it you have to ask questions first in detail so that you don't get disappointed

Beli laptop baru disini 3 bulan dipakai softwarenya rusak. 3 kali masuk service center nya nggak bener2 juga. Sy minta ganti baru ternyata malah cuma dibalikin uang 80% rugi 2 juta.. itupun pakai acara negoisasi lama2. padahal kita korban. Parah lah ... kapok beli disini lagi
After sales service is really bad
Bought a new laptop here for 3 months, the software was broken. 3 times entering the service center it's not really right. When I asked for a new replacement, it turned out that 80% of the money was only reversed, and I lost 2 million... and even then, I used a long negotiation program. even though we are victims. It's bad... tired of buying here again
