Ceritanya bgini sy Service printer L220 epson
Keluhan sy lampu kedip2...waktu itu Di cell sebentar katanya bwt ngeprint bisa cuma scannya ga Bisa.. Nah kita tinggal nanti Di kabari lewat WA /tlp... Setelah seminggu Sy tanyakan ke konternya katanya blom jadi masih Di cek scannernya...d suruh pulang nanti di kabari katanya.... Seminggu lagi sy cek karena ga ada kabar... Pikir sy klo ga bisa ngomong GA Bisa drpd Lama di kerjakan apa ga ya kita gatahu.... Sampai disana apa yg terjadi printer ga Di apa2in kondisinya Penuh debu scan diganti cover scan scan bukan punya printer saya.. Kondisi nya lebih jelek tutup belakang nya GA ada... Padahal prnter sy masih komplit waktu masuk.. Sy punya barang kan hati2 dan sy juga paham bener lah barang sy cover scann...
Waktu di tanya jawab nya adanya barang cuma bgtu katanya langsung di tinggal...
Jadinya sy bawa pulang dengan malah parah karena cover sudah di ganti /ditukar yg jelek rusak lagi... Mungkin klo ga di tanyain ato ga di ambil hilang kali barangnya... Pengalaman ini jangan sampai terjadi sama kalian ..hati2lah memilih tukang service printer...

The condition is worse, the back cover is missing... Even though my printer was still complete when I entered. I cover scan...

So I brought it home even worse because the cover has been replaced / exchanged, the bad one is damaged again... Maybe if you don't ask or you don't pick it up, the item is lost... Don't let this experience happen to you guys... be careful choosing a printer service technician ...
