Ketika saya mau benerin atm bni tabunganku yang ketelen,, eh cs nya malah bilang nya gak bisa sudah gak bisa, padahal waktu saya telfon ke call center bni nya bisa, terus cs nya malah saya suruh di mutasi bni taplus, dan waktu saya tanya saldo yang mengendap berapa jawabnya 150rb, ya saya kan gak mau, saya tanya lagi yang ngendapnya 50rb ada gak bilang nya ada, nah saya pilih nya yabg mengendap 50rb itu saja tabungannya, eh malah tetep dikasih yabg BNI taplus, ngerasa kayak buat dia aja keuntungan nya, kayak gak bener pelayanan nya, seharusnya kasih solusi dan mungkin harus sesuai keinginan customer donk, bukan malah keinginan nya cs nya sendiri, dan bodoh nya saya baru sadar waktu saya browsing2 ternya BNI taplus saldo nya ngendao 150rb

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pelayanan amburadul. terutama untuk satpam yg jaga 11.30 ke atas yg badanya pendek kurus. perkataan sangat kolot, kasar dan cenderung meremehkan nasabahh. tidak cuman sekali dua kali tapi sudah berkali kalii. gathellllllllllll
chaotic service. especially for the security guard who looks after 11.30 and above whose body is short and skinny. words are very old-fashioned, rude and tend to belittle customers. not just once or twice but many times. gathellllllllll
