★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of my favorite hotel to stay in Jakarta. Best in business regarding location of Ascott as it lies in the heart of Jakarta city. You can simply walk to Grand Indonesia Mall from Ascott.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoy the experience, smooth check in and check out, friendly and helpful staffs. The room is spacious and nice, although it smells a bit old. The bathroom is also very spacious, it has a bathtub, but unfortunately the shower is attached to the tub (which can be a bit inconvenient if u wanna have ur shower standing).
The bed is super comfy, but the pillow is not fluffy (which makes my neck a bit sore when I woke up).

?? very slow service from the entire staffs since check-in to housekeeping service, had to call at least twice for everything. The breakfast food is the worst i've ever had in a 5-star establishment. The room is old and had issue with cleanliness, mine was really dusty.

Stayed here in a 2-bedroom room, complete with a living room, kitchen, and even a washing machine!
Everything is really clean, and provided for my family of 4. I brought my dog as well.
Dogs need to enter through the backdoor, they can't enter through the lobby because of some religion issues.
Breakfast was good, even though we've never got the croissants that we ordered 2x and always gotten a very dry sliced white bread ?
Staffs were very polite, friendly and accomodating. 5 stars!
Pool is very small, with the 120 cm pool being a bit bigger than the top 160 cm pool (which I figured is more around 170 cm. I'm 167 and still submerged completely when I touched the floor). The part of the fake rocks that is submerged in the pool is covered by green moss. Kinda icky.
Room was very cold and cozy! I was staying in the 8th floor but I do wish I had gotten a higher floor.
Within 5 minutes walking distance to Grand Indonesia (GI) Mall, which is right next door, on the opposite building. Very convenient.
Overall 5 stars, but some aspects could be better ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Needed an early check in because I had an infant with me, guest service was very accommodating. Fortunately there was a guest who just checked out 5 minutes before I arrived, she expedited the cleaning process.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very pleasant, albeit brief, stay at the Ascott Jakarta this time. It's not a hotel as such, it's a residency with a good-quality concierge service. It's very close to two of the biggest shopping malls in Central Jakarta & not so far from Monas. The staff were very friendly and helpful as well & housekeeping isn't intrusive. There's even green/gred light switches inside each apartment if you want them to clean or not be disturbed. There's a restaurant on the premises with room service from midday to midnight. They also take in deliveries, including go-food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It such a nice and lovely moment to have staycation in this hotel! Very strategy place. Although the circumstances around hotel is crowded, but it's calm inside the room. The overall services that they gives to us is good, and our room are clean and neat when got tidy up by Mr. Khoirul. Thank you Ascott Jakarta, surely will back again to have staycation there :)
