★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya membeli MacBook MD 313 pada Toko Mac Store dengan harga yg sangat sangat reasonable. Pelayanan yg sangat professional dan Pekerja yg sangat-sangat knowledgeable dan dedicated.
Satu Hal yg sangat Istimewa: Kebetulan saya salah membayar (berlebih 1 Juta Rupiah). Salah satu Pekerja, Bapak Yono langsung me-WA saya bahwa pembayaran yg saya lakukan berlebih 1 Juta meski Nota sudah saya tanda tangani. Saya sangat salut dengan Bapak Yono.
Sangat sulit mencari Pekerja yg Kompeten dan Professional namun jauh lebih sulit lagi mencari Pekerja yg Jujur dan Loyal.
Honesty is scarce, when you find it, keep it.
Satu saat nanti kalau saya punya Usaha saya akan meng-hire Pak Yono the first time I can.
It is extremely hard to find honesty.
 I bought a MacBook MD 313 at the Mac Store at a very very reasonable price. A very professional service and very knowledgeable and dedicated workers.
One thing that is very special: I happened to be wrong to pay (excess 1 Million Rupiah). One of the Workers, Mr. Yono directly WA me that the payment I made was in excess of 1 Million even though I had signed the Memorandum. I really applaud Mr. Yono.
It is very difficult to find Competent and Professional Workers but it is even more difficult to find Honest and Loyal Workers.
Honesty is scarce, when you find it, keep it.
One time later if I have a business I will hire Mr. Yono the first time I can.
It is extremely hard to find honesty.

Already a subscription from 10 years ago. Buy some used macbook pro for office use and it doesn't disappoint.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ kapok beli/servis mac disini. beli macbook baru sebulan udah ada kerusakan & masalah di ic engine (laptop mati total) padahal pemakaian belum sampai sebulan. pengerjaan lama bgt 3+ minggu padahal katanya 2-3 hari selesai. saat dikembalikan charger macbook tertinggal dan gak dibalikin lagi.
give up buying / servicing mac here. buy a new macbook a month already there is damage & problems in the ic engine (the laptop is totally dead) even though it hasn't been used for a month. the work takes 3+ weeks even though it says 2-3 days are finished. when returned the macbook charger is left behind and not reversed again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat kecewa belanja macbook air second disini. Dan dengan harga yang lumayan mahal dibanding harga pasarannya. Padahal udah saya tawar. Tapi setelah review kebeberapa tempat. Macbook yang sy dapetin disini tetap mahal. Dan garansinya cuma sebulan.. aneh banget????
Karena pertama beli, dengan casing yang bagus ternyata pas di pake belum ada sebulan udah ke restart terus. Mati matian terus. Nge freeze terus. Saya udah bolak balik reset data berulang kali masih tetap mati matian terus.
Setelah di cek ke tempat service ternama, ternyata SSD-nya KW shay.
Setelah ketahuan, saya komplain ke adminnya namun tidak ada tanggapan dan cuma minta maaf aja dan gaada tanggung jawabnya sama sekali.
Dimana ya tanggung jawabnya????
Saya ngereset data - data saya hilang jg pakai uang lho.
Admin cuma jawab

Karna dari sisi penjualnya pun dari awal transaksi ga ngejelasin kalau dia pake ssd yang kw (ga transparan ada kendala apa aja yg ada dibarang second tersebut) Ternyata emang bukan yang ori. Kaya diboongin aja gitu kesannya.
Very disappointed shopping second macbook air here. And at a price that is quite expensive compared to the market price. Even though I bargained. But after reviewing several places. The Macbook I got here is still expensive. And the warranty is only a month.. really weird????
Because the first time I bought it, with a good casing, it turned out that when I used it, it hasn't even been a month, it's been restarted. Keep dying. It keeps freezing. I've been back and forth resetting the data over and over again and it still keeps turning off.
After checking with a well-known service center, it turns out that the SSD is KW shay.
After being caught, I complained to the admin but there was no response and I just apologized and had no responsibility at all.
Where is the responsibility???
I reset my data - I lost my data and also used money.

Because from the seller's point of view, from the beginning of the transaction, he didn't explain if he used the same SSD (it's not transparent, there were problems with what was in the second item) It turned out that it wasn't the original one. It's like being fooled, that's the impression.
