★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya Pesan obat via online...ehhh..ada 1 obat yg ngga ada...main kirim aja gantinya tanpa nanya dl....setelah saya tanya bgm.obatnya...baru ngomong ada 1 yg ngga ada...trus yg dikirim obat penggantinya. Setelah saya tanya sama dr anak saya..ternyata itu beda kandungannya ngga sama. Alasannya krn go send nya sdh lama menunggu. Harusnya dicek dl ketersediaan obatnya....kl sdh ok..baru pesan go send.Dan obat pengganti wajib minta persetujuan konsumen.
I ordered medicine via online ... ehhh ... there is one drug that doesn't exist ... just play send it instead without asking dl .... after I asked how the medicine ... just said there was 1 that didn't exist ... then sent a replacement drug. After I asked my child ... it turned out that the ingredients were different. The reason is because the go send has been waiting a long time. Should have checked the availability of the drug ... if it's ok ... just order go send. And the substitute drug is required to ask for consumer's approval.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Beberapa kali belanja di apotek ini, pelayanannya masih juga blm membaik, ada oknum2 pegawai yg courtesy and attitude nya PERLU diperbaiki. Entah pegawai apotik atau sales obatnya kek, tetap pihak apoteknya yg mesti memperhatikan dan memperbaiki layanannya. Semoga masih berkemauan memperbaiki yaa!
