Apotek zentrum adalah salah satu apotek rujukan untuk ambil obat kronis.
Apotek zentrum ada hutang obat resep kronis( JANTUNG). Stok dr rs cuman untuk 7 hari yg 23 hari belum DAN HARUSNYA DIPENUHI DI APOTIK ZENTRUM INI
Kepada staf-management-pemilik apotek punya EMPATI gak ya untuk pelanggan yang jauh2 dtg. Stok obat kosong dll. Coba anda posisikan diri anda diposisi pelanggan/pasien dengan kebutuhan obat kronis? Semoga anda sehat selalu agar tak merasakan seperti apa sakit kronis itu
Btw saya sudah w.a no yang diberikan untuk cek stok obat dan menanyakan updatenya. Tidak ada jawaban. Tlp sibuk terus.
Ini bukan hanya tentang obat n nominal standar bpjs. Tapi PELAYANAN DAN EMPATI ANDA SEBAGAI MANUSIA

Zentrum pharmacy has chronic prescription drug debt (HEART). The stock from RS is only for 7 days, which 23 days haven't yet AND MUST BE FILLED AT THIS ZENTRUM PHARMACY
To the staff-management-pharmacy owners, do you have empathy for customers who have come a long way? Empty medicine stock etc. Try to put yourself in the position of a customer/patient with chronic drug needs? I hope you are always healthy so you don't feel what chronic pain is like
Btw, I already have the W.A no. given to check the stock of drugs and ask for updates. No answer. Keep busy.
It's not just about standard bpjs nominal n drugs. But YOUR SERVICE AND EMPATHY AS A HUMAN

Unfortunately, sometimes it runs out of stock too, so patients have fo come back again other promised time to get the rests. Too bad for patients who live far away.
