★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The coordination between pharmacist (2nd floor) & cashier are bad. Seems like the 2nd floor was giving slow respond.
One of the girl cashier was RUDE.
Salah baca resep, malah dia yg nyolot, malas melayani, & claim kalau obat yg diberikan sama isinya. Untung dokter sudah info kalau itu obat yang betul2 berbeda, but she had no willing to listen the explanation until i raised my voice. Her attitude and expression shown as if I was the one who cause the trouble while she should be the one who APOLOGIZE. I understand that the lines are always long & i patiently wait for my turn, just expecting good service in return but this is what i've got. If the management read this, please do train your employee MANNERS!
