★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ini bukan pertama kalinya ibu kami mengalami hal ini. Menebus resep dari Puskesmas.. harusnya Metformin 850 dikasih 500. Yang dulu pun salah,. Ibu kami beli sendiri. Yg sekarang salah lagi, ibu kami akan mengembalikannya ke apotik. Mohon maaf, kalau nggak ada atau pun kita harus beli tolong bilang donk. Jadi ibu kami bisa ke apotik lain dan bayar sendiri. Insyaa Allah Ibu kami mampu membelinya. Banyak obat dan suplemen juga dibeli sendiri, karena memang diperlukan. Saya kecewa dengan cara Kimia Farma memperlakukan orang Lansia.

God willing, our mother can afford it. Many drugs and supplements are also purchased on their own, because they are necessary. I am disappointed with the way Kimia Farma treats elderly people.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer Service kliniknya tidak helpful... atur jadwal untuk dokter gigi di klinik kimia farma beringin ini rumit sekali... informasi sepotong-potong... jadwal bpjs dan non bpjs dibedakan its oke lah tp informasinya tidak jelas... pelayanan yang buruk....
The customer service of the clinic is not helpful... setting a schedule for the dentist at the Kimia Farma Banyan clinic is very complicated... piecemeal information... the bpjs and non-bpjs schedules are distinguished its okay but the information is not clear... poor service ....
