Tempatnya tenang, bersih, menjual macam macam obat dan alat kesehatan lainnya.
Untuk harga kurang lebih sama dgn yg lainnya..

The place is quiet, clean, sells various kinds of medicines and other medical devices.
For the price about the same as the others ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gak banget deh pelayanannya LEMOT, pas dateng ada 2 kasir tapi satu doang yg beroperasi akhirnya saya ngantri di belakang satu orang. Lumayan lama nunggu, terus ada cust baru dateng eh langsung dilayanin dong di kasir yg satunya lagi. Padahal orang nya banyak ada 4 emg drtd ga liat saya? Atau mrk ngiranya saya di apotek cmn mau nunggu doang kali ya. Setelah antrian dpn saya selesai juga SAYA MASIH GA DI LAYANIN, bener2 cmn nunggu dpn kasir pdhl ada 4 orang disana yg satu sibuk ngambil obat 3 lainnya ngobrol2 doang ngapain?? Ada kalo 5 mnt mereka baru sadar ada saya baru dilayanin duh bener2 mendingan kurangin orang deh kalo kebanyakan tapi ga guna jgk buat apa.
The service was really SLOW, when I arrived there were 2 cashiers but only one was operating, I ended up queuing behind one person. I waited for a long time, then a new cust came, uh, I was immediately served at the other cashier. Even though there are 4 people, why don't you see me? Or maybe I thought I was at the pharmacy when I just wanted to wait. After the queue, I finished also I AM STILL IN LAYANIN, really waiting for the cashier, there were 4 people there, one was busy taking medicine, the other 3 were chatting, what were you doing ?? There is if 5 minutes they just realized that I was just being served duh it's really better to reduce people if it's mostly but it's useless for what.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bagus. Tempatnya Bersih Pelayanan Ramah. Menyediakan berbagai macam obat-obatan. Pegawainya ramah, klo kita beli obat mereka memastikan fungsi dan alternatif obat lain. Klo ada orang yg dsuruh beli obat A, pegawainya introgasi dulu :-) ini obat utk siapa? siapa yg sakit? dari dokter mana ? bla bla bla.. good job!
Very nice. Clean Place Friendly Service. Provides a variety of medicines. The employees are friendly, if we buy medicines they ensure the function and alternative of other medicines. If there are people who are told to buy medicine A, the employees are questioned first :-) Who is this medicine for? who is sick? from which doctor? Blah blah blah .. good job!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Percaya ulasan di internet, katanya pramuniaga nya sangat membantu dan mengerti obat.. saya datang langsung minta obat untuk sinus yang kambuh (mau tahu obat lain selain yang biasa saya konsumsi) dikasih suplemen makanan yang saya belum pernah lihat. Udah 3 hari belum ada perubahan ? malah badan pun masih tetap drop. But tengkyu, obatnya lumayan mahal buat saya yang biasa minum holisti*are.
Trusting the reviews on the internet, he said the sales clerk was very helpful and understood the medicine.. I came straight away asking for medicine for sinus recurrence (want to know other drugs besides what I usually take) given food supplements that I have never seen. It's been 3 days there has been no change even the body is still dropping. But tengkyu, the medicine is quite expensive for me, who used to drink holistic*are.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya pelanggan Apotek Roxy, akan tetapi beberapa transaksi terakhir membuat saya kecewa dengan pelayanan toko khususnya bagian kasir dan feedback dari manager toko atas komplen yang saya sampaikan.
Detail komplen terakhir saya sbb :
1. Barang yg tidak dibeli masuk dalam tagihan.
2. Kasir kurang responsif atas pelayanan pengembalian uang transaksi.
3. Nota / bukti transaksi pembelian tidak diberikan.
4. Tidak ada permintaan "MAAF" dari bagian kasir dan cenderung tidak merasa salah.
5. Manager toko kurang memahami aspek how to handle customer complaint.
Semoga selanjutnya Apotek Roxy dapat memperbaiki pelayanan kepada customer.

I am a customer of Roxy Pharmacy, but the last few transactions made me disappointed with the store's service, especially the cashier and feedback from the store manager for the complaints I conveyed.
The details of my last complaint are as follows:
1. Items that are not purchased are included in the bill.
2. The cashier is less responsive to the transaction refund service.
3. Receipt / proof of purchase transaction is not given.
4. No "SORRY" requests from the cashier and tend not to feel wrong.
5. The store manager does not understand the aspects of how to handle customer complaints.
Hopefully in the future Roxy Pharmacy can improve service to customers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa sm petugasnya laki2 kacamata. Nunggu obat lama pdhl obatnya sdh ada di pojokan komputer. Dia malah terus melayani yg bayar.
Disappointed with male officers with glasses. Waiting for the old medicine even though the medicine is already in the corner of the computer. He even continues to serve those who pay.
