PERTAMA yang saya notice, setelah saya jemput kucing saya pulang kerumah after grooming, bulu2 disekitar kakinya merah2. Ini saya bingung apaaaa kok ada merah2 gini???? Setelah saya cek ternyata DARAH! Kuku2 kucing saya dipotong sampai ke bagian daging tempat kuku melekat dan hampir semua kuku!!! Saya sebagai ownernya benar2 shock, sedih, marah dan kecewa berat!!!!
Saya selama pelihara kucing saya ngga pernah melakukan sesuatu yang nyiksa seperti itu ???
KEDUA, sepulang dari situ kucing saya sering geleng2 kepalanya. Saya heran kenapaaaa??? Apa orng groomingnya memberi obat tetes telinganya terlalu banyak sehingga kucing saya ngga nyaman.
Dan ternyata setelah hari ke-2 saya cek telinganya. Saya benar2 kaget sekaget2nyaaaa. Ada kapas nyangkut di telinganya!!!! Bukan hanya telinga sebelah tapi telinga kanan dan kiri. Kapasnya besar!!!! YaaAllah bayangin ini terjadi pada diri kita pasti akan sangat ngga nyaman.
KETIGA, bagian lehernya merah2!!! Tanpa mikir kemana2 lagi saya tau itu luka darimana. Lehernya luka dan mengeluarkan cairan putih seperti nanah.
Sebulan lalu kucing saya memang luka di bagian leher itu namun sudah benar2 kering. Entah kenapa setelah grooming dari Animality Pet Care jadi luka lagiii!!!
Ini saya udah ke 4x nya grooming disini. Saya pikir oh bagus. Tapi ternyata kucing saya disiksa yaaAllah sedih banget liat dia kesakitan begitu. Berjalan pun jadi susah ?????
Pesan saya kalau memang ngga sanggup grooming kucing saya lebih baik tolak dari awal mas. Saya pasti cari tempat lain.
Jangan namanya doang Pet Care kalo ternyata menyiksa hewaaaan!!!

I feel very, very disappointed with this Pet Care service. My cat is groomed with torture !!! ???
THE FIRST thing I noticed, after I picked up my cat, went home after grooming, the hairs around her legs were red. I'm confused, why is there something red like this ???? After I check it turns out BLOOD! My cat's nails are cut to the meat where the nails are attached and almost all the nails !!! I as the owner really shock, sad, angry and disappointed !!
As long as I keep my cat, I have never done anything agonizing like that ???
SECOND, after that, my cat often shook his head. I wonder why? Does the grooming give too much ear drops that my cat isn't comfortable.
And apparently after the 2nd day I checked his ears. I was really shocked. There is cotton stuck in his ear !!!! Not only one ear but right and left ears. The cotton is big !!!! YaaAllah this shadow will happen to us, it will be very uncomfortable.
THIRD, the neck is red !!! Without thinking anywhere else I know where the wound from. His neck was injured and secreted white discharge like pus.
A month ago my cat did a wound on the neck, but it was completely dry. I don't know why after grooming from Animality Pet Care it got hurt again !!!
I've been to 4x the grooming here. I think oh good. But it turns out my cat was tortured yaaAllah really sad see he was in pain like that. Even walking becomes difficult ?????
Message me if you really can't grooming my cat, it's better to reject it from the start. I am definitely looking for another place.
Do not be called only Pet Care if apparently torturing animals !!!
This review is an honest personal experience after grooming here and I have the proof!

Doctors are not friendly, EXPENSIVE, items are not complete, 2 of my cats DIE .. with their treatment system.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dokternya ramah dan baik alhamdulillah berkat arahan dokternya dan saya ikuti sebaik mungkin selama seminggu ini kucing saya sehat dan ceria kembali.
The doctor is friendly and kind, thank God, thanks to the doctor's direction and I follow it as best I can during this week my cat is healthy and cheerful again.

pilihan makanan kucing masih perlu ditambah, akses mudah dijangkau dan bisa parkir dipinggir jalan
belum pernah coba grooming dan layanan dokternya
for rc, the price is quite competitive with the local petshop even though the stock is not much,
cat food choices still need to be added, easy access to reach and can park on the side of the road
I've never tried grooming and the doctor's service
