★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Benci banget gua dengan pelayanan kliniknya yg sangat buruk, setiap kali berobat selalu ditolak, mentang2 gua pake bpjs, tapi kn tiap bulan gua bayar, kalo bukan karena faskes tingkat 1 ogah gua berobat ksini, tpi sudah 5 bulan gua tiap kesini selalu ditolak yg alasannya bermacam2, gua telpon bpjs buat ganti pindah faskes ga juga digubriss
I really hated the very bad clinical service, every time I got treatment I was always refused, even though I used BPJs, but how come I pay every month, if it's not for the level 1 health facilities I don't want to go to treatment here, but it's been 5 months every time I've been here always being rejected which is the reason various, I called the BPJS to change health facilities and it didn't matter

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kacau.. Suruh tebus di kimia farma bintaro utama.. Giliran ke sana suruh nunggu 1/2 jam dgn alasan msh disemprot, giliran udah nunggu, dibilang obatnya kosong... Kacau sekarang kimia farma..payah!!! Mengecewakan!!
Messed up .. Told redemption at the main Bintaro Pharmaceutical Chemistry .. Turn there told to wait 1/2 hour with the reason still being sprayed, it's already waiting for the turn, said the medicine is empty ... messy now chemical pharmacy..payah !!! Disappointing!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanan oke. Tapi saya kalau berobat pakai BPJS tidak di kasih obat percuma kalau berobat tapi tidak di kasih obat. Yg BPJS nya pakai faskes di sini mendingan pindah faskes aja.
Okay service. But if I go for treatment using BPJS, I don't give the medicine it's useless if I go for treatment but I don't give the medicine. For BPJS to use the health facilities here, it's better to just move to the health facilities.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ klinik/apotik sekelas kimia farma itu harusnya buka setiap hari, sesuai jam bukanya apotik seperti lazimnya, pengalaman saya apotik itu tutupnya jam 9 malam keatas. Hari minggu 28 November 2021 sekitar 14.30 WIB mau swab antigen, ternyata malah sudah tutup. Apotik/klinik kok siang2 tutup?!
Clinics/pharmacies with the class of Kimia Farma should be open every day, according to the opening hours of pharmacies as usual, in my experience, pharmacies close at 9 pm and above. On Sunday, November 28, 2021, at around 14.30 WIB, I wanted to swab antigen, it turned out to be closed. How come the pharmacy/clinic is closed at noon?!

Ultrasound time here is around 220 thousand. already able to pay using BCA debit.
