★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Engga banget pelayanan disini, 3x saya beli obat disini mungkin saya maklumin mbknya lagi ada problem, pertama yah saya beli obat jantung engga ada gpp cara bicaranya bgtu saya maklumin mungkin mbknya emank bgtu, 2x saya datang beli obat batuk minta review yg bagus apa tetap judes ngelayaninnya sampe saya beli 2 obat batuk pun di situ saya maklumin, 3x saya ksana malam ini tgl 21 januari karena ibu saya minta tolong beliin obat kolestrol ibu saya lupa nama obatnya saya juga gak tau nama obatnya karena ibu saya gak bawa obat tersebut tertinggal di rumah kk saya, saya tanya donk..mbk ada obat kolestrol nama obatnya saya gak tau mbk lupa, saya kasih tau ciri2nya dan di jawab gak enak donk sama dia padahal di situ saya pembeli semua obat kolestrol itu kecil mbk dan banyak. Saya gak mau ke pancing emosi saya bilang ywdh mbk tlng bawa semua obat kolestrol nnti saya yg pilih saya tau bungkusnya, dan dia ambl semua obatnya sesuai permintaan saya dan kasih ke saya dengan tidak sopan di lempar gitu obatnya, dari sini saya gak mau kepancing emosi, setelah saya bilang nah ini mbk obat kolestrolnya, jwbn dia sangat tidak mengenakkan dia jawab kami dsini tidak di ajarkan warna obat tapi jenis obat jadi saya gak tau lah, what???? Saya langsng emosi dan sangat emosi, maaf yah disini saya costumer tolong di layanin dengan ramah, saya bukan opteker mbk saya org awam mengenai jenis obat, harusnya tidak seperti ini pelayanannya ke costumer donk. Apa bukan ke saya doank dia seperti ini?? Koq jelek bgd yah pelayanan dgn abis saya tegor dan saya emosi dia baru dgn nada rendah dan meminta maaf. Sayanganya saya gak bawa hp saat itu rasanya ingin saya foto dan laporkan.
