★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ada 5 item yg direkomendasikan dr halodoc diresep ternyata yg dikirim hanya 3 item dan tidak ada konfirmasi apapun dan pengganti lainnya, ini gmna ya solusinya? Bad bgt pelayanannya nomeer tlp gk ada yg bisa dihubungin dan diangkt, gak mungkin kan saya kondisi seperti ini harus dtg lgsg untuk ambil obat yg memang sudah diperuntukkan untuk saya
 There are 5 items recommended by Halodoc, it turned out that only 3 items were sent and there was no confirmation or other substitutes, what's the solution? The service is really bad, there's no phone number to call and pick up, there's no way I'm in a condition like this, I have to come directly to take the medicine that was meant for me

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya kecewa dengan salah satu dokter di sini. Orangnya ga welcome, dan terlalu cuek.
Terus nada bicaranya tinggi dan sedikit membentak ketika saya bertanya untuk bikin surat izin. Apa salahnya tanya "bikin surat izin dimana ya?" karena tiap klinik/RS itu beda-beda; ada yg di resepsionis ataupun langsung ke dokter.
Mungkin ini yang pertama dan terakhirnya berobat di sini. Semoga ke depannya menjadi lebih baik. Terima kasih ??
I am disappointed with one of the doctors here. People are not welcome, and too ignorant.
He kept his voice high and snapped a little when I asked to make a permit. What's wrong with asking "where do you get a permit?" because each clinic/hospital is different; there are those at the reception or directly to the doctor.
Maybe this is the first and last treatment here. Hopefully in the future it will be better. Thank you ??

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Telfon tdk bs dihubungi utk komplain , hendak menanyakan kenapa obat yang dikirim utk pasien covid berbeda dengan yang diresepkan dokter telemedicine . Harusnya 7!item dikirim hanya 3 item. Telfon yang tercantum di resi kiriman jg terkesan asal.
The telephone cannot be contacted to complain, I want to ask why the medicine sent for Covid patients is different from the one prescribed by the telemedicine doctor. Should be 7!items sent only 3 items. The telephone listed on the delivery receipt also seems original.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waaaah pertama daftar via tlpn bilang ngga bisa pendaftaran via tlpn. Daftar lgsg ke kimia Farma, ternyata habis jdwl hari ini dialihkan hari kerja berikutnya. Kebetulan ada pasien dtg, blg bhw pendaftaran beliau via tlpn. Mbak dua bagian pendaftaran ditnya mekanisme yg bener, ngga bisa jwb. Katanyaa BUMN layanan NOL!!!!!!!! Dan smakin yakin klo rating di Kimia Farma ini cuma tiga tok!

Register directly with Kimia Farma, it turns out that it's sold out so today is being transferred to the next working day. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KECEWA. Saya kira utk level Kimia Farma bisa terpercaya dalam layanannya. Saya memang mengajukan resep gratis sesuai dgn instruksi Kemenkes. Dari percakapan dgn dokter via alodokter saya mendapat preskripsi obat paket B, yg dtg hanya setengahnya. Bahkan tanpa ada konfirmasi atau semacamnya. Saya harap pasiem Covid lain tidak mendapat perlakan buruk yg serupa seperti saya.
DISAPPOINTED. I think that Kimia Farma can be trusted in its services. I did apply for a free prescription according to the Ministry of Health's instructions. From a conversation with the doctor via alodokter, I got a prescription for package B drugs, only half of which came. Even without any confirmation or anything like that. I hope other Covid patients don't get the same bad treatment as me.
