★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Biasanya saya ke dokternya di salemba jakarta. Tapi ternyata saya baru tahu kalau dr.sutardi juga praktek di tangerang. Pertama kesini, saya cuma beli cream yg habis. Lalu kesini kedua kalinya saya untuk konsul.disini apotekernya ramah banget, kalau dr. Sutardi top deh pokoknya mulai dari pelayanan dan obatnya. Tapi saya disini kecewa banget sama administrasi nya, bener2 ngecewain banget. Saya pasien baru di apotek benteng ini tapi untuk pertama kalinya saya langsung ngerasain pelayanan tidak menyenangkan. Saya tertib mengantri,lalu pada saat antrian saya,saya dipotong karena admin nya meminta seorang ibu2 duluan untuk masuk dan otomatis saya harus menunggu lagi.dengan alasan karena ibu2 itunmembawa anak kecil, padahal mereka satu keluarga dan anak kecilnya tidak dalam keadaan nangis atau bagaimana2. Dan ibu tersebut datang bersama suaminya , bisa saja anaknya bersama suaminya tunggu diluar saja tidak masuk keruangan dokter. Dan adminnya tidak memberitahu terlebih dahulu saya berkenan atau tidak, menurut saya harus diperbaiki soal itu.
Usually I go to the doctor in Jakarta. But apparently I just found out that Dr. Sutardi also practices in Tangerang. First come here, I just bought the finished cream. Then here I was the second time to consult. Here the pharmacist was very friendly, if Dr. Sutardi's top is basically starting from the service and medicine. But I am very disappointed here with the administration, really disappointed. I am a new patient at the Benteng Pharmacy, but for the first time I immediately felt the unpleasant service. I orderly queued up, then when my queue, I was cut off because the admin asked a mother first to come in and automatically I had to wait again. With the reason because the mothers were carrying small children, even though they were one family and small children were not in a crying condition or whatsoever. And the mother came with her husband, her child and her husband could have been waiting outside not entering the doctor's room. And the admin didn't tell me whether I was pleased or not, in my opinion it should be fixed about that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Apotik yang HANYA menjual obat obatan untuk kulit muka, terutama resep dari dr. Sutardi. Dokternya bintang 5 untuk perawatan muka, ga express tapi terbukti mantab.
Pharmacies that ONLY sell medicines for facial skin, especially prescriptions from dr. Sutardi. The doctor is a 5 star for facial treatments, ga express but proven to be good.
