★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya buruk banget. Saya hanya salah dengar soal harga obat antibiotik, dan tidak mempermasalahkannya kok, obat tetap saya beli. Tetapi penjaga wanita bernama DWI langsung melotot, dengan nada judes dia bilang, "MASNYA BILANG TADI PERAWAT, KAN? HARUSNYA LEBIH TAHU SOAL HARGA OBAT!" Saya cuma kalem aja menanggapinya. Tetapi dia terus menggerutu ga jelas. Dan saat saya tanya namanya dengan nada yang biasa aja, dia langsung teriak seolah ngajak berantem, "NAMA SAYA DWI. KENAPA?!" Saya cuma jawab gapapa dan langsung keluar. Saya beli obat antibiotik dan saya memiliki resep, tetapi resep tidak ditanyakan. Saat saya bertanya apakah di sini pembelian obat Amoxsan (kandungan antibiotik Amoxycillin) perlu resep, si DWI ini hanya menggeleng enteng dan menjawab, "Enggak. Emangnya kenapa?" Sudah enggak sopan, ditambah engvak ngerti soal hukum kesehatan. Sebenarnya OWNER APOTEK IBOE merekrut pegawai itu bagaimana? Masa obat antibiotik yang keras dan wajib ada resep obatnya malah dijual bebas tanpa resep. Karakter pegawai adalah cerminan dari bosnya. Perlu dicek nih apoteknya @KemenkesRI@IKATANAPOTEKERINDONESIA, obat yang wajib resep aja dijual bebas kok, bahaya banget ada apotek begini.

It's not polite, plus you don't know about health law. Actually, how do IBOE APOTEK OWNER recruit employees? The period of antibiotic drugs that are hard and must have a prescription are even sold over-the-counter without a prescription. An employee's character is a reflection of his boss. You need to check the pharmacy @KemenkesRI@IKATANAPOTEKERINDONESIA, drugs that must be prescribed are sold freely, it's really dangerous to have a pharmacy like this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Karyawannya sama ibu yg berkacamata sangat tidak cocok untuk melayani costumer orangnya tidak ramah jutek bangett...costumer udh berharap cari obat buat penyakitnya malah dilayani dengan tidak senang hati...tolong ditindak lanjuti
Kalo bisa diganti karyawannya sama yg ramah& murah senyum....biar costumer puas dengan hati yg ihlas...sy kecewa beli obat diapotek iboe lagi...baru masuk aja udah kayak diusir...parahhhh...
