★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa, saya beli obat batugin ukuran besar dg harga sekitar 49rb dan saya memakai debit bca, tapi harus diatas 50rb, lalu tdk bs beli dan tdk ada solusi, sangat mengecewakan

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Halo saya mau melaporkan kejadian tanggal 13juli 2021 pada pukul sekitar 21:30, saya konsumen amat sangat di rugikan dan tidak di hargai. Saya dtg untuk membeli obat untuk anak saya. Pada saat pembayaran di kasir, kasir trsebut tidak mempunyai etika kepda konsumen. Uang saya dengan pecahan 100rb dan menolak saya untuk membeli obat disana dengan alasan tidak ada kembalian. Menurut saya tidak etis menolak konsumen dengan alasan tersebut. Dan malah sibuk merapikan struk bca pembelian yg lain. Tanpa mencarikan solusi. Disana bukan dia sendiri yg jaga. Ada security yg bsa di suruh untuk menukarkan uang. Daripada konsumen menunggu tanpa kejelasan dan melihat kasir merapikan struk bca. Mohon di tidak lanjuti

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Satpam nyuruh suami saya mindahin motor karena mau ada truk barang masuk. Pas suami saya udah selesai geser motornya kebetulan turun hujan, Krn motor jadi di tengah jalan, suami saya jd kehujanan, itu satpam ga bilang apa2 malahan bercanda sama kasir&pegawai perempuan. Kami beli ya di apotek ini, bukan numpang neduh, payah dah pelayanan karyawannya. Belajar etika dulu deh satpam dan karyawannya.
