Lebih ramah lagi! Udah salah malah nyolot, orang itu bukan obat saya, ko maksa saya yg hrs bayar! pelayan nya seperti tidak berpendidikan!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ terkenal murah (dulunya) lengkap, cepat, terakhir kesana mbak2nya lupa sama dua pesanan saya, udah mulai jutek juga nanyanya, katanya biar sekalian tapi malah barang ga dikasih.

It's better to go to another pharmacy, the service is so bad, I don't even buy medicine there because the employees are rude.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat tidak memuaskan! Pegawainya sangat kasar, ketus dan sangat tidak membantu saya. Saya kapok beli di sini lebih baik d apotek lain dengan pelayanan yang lebih baik. Saya beli 148.000 ternyata sudah di struk tanpa sepengetahuan saya dan sama sekali tidak bisa menolong saya. Padahal uang saya saat itu sangat pas, jd untuk ongkos kurang. Karena saya tidak membawa dompet card holder yg berisi ATM. Saya sudah jelaskan, tapi mbaknya tidak berniat membantu mengakali agar obatnya ada yang dikurangi, malah seperti memojokkan dan menertawai saya. Hanya perkara uang segitu. Penampilan saya saja tidak terlihat seperti orang yang kekurangan. Apalagi orang yang penampilannya seperti orang yang kekurangan dan sangat membutuhkan obat. Apa pelayanannya bakal lebih buruk dari yang saya alami? Subhanallah... Oh iya tadi saya juga pas beli berbarengan dengan mas-mas yang kata pegawainya nanya obat perbox tapi katanya hanya beli perstrip. Duh itu kan hak pembeli dan dia bayar dengan uangnya, tapi pegawainya teramat sangat ketus melayani. Dengan tulisan ini semoga pegawai apotek Deli, lebih menghargai dan membantu orang lain. Aamiin. Wassalamu'alaikum.

Subhanallah... Oh yes, I also bought it at the same time as the guys who said the staff asked for a box of medicine but said they only bought Perstrip. Duh, that's the buyer's right and he pays with his money, but the employees are very, very curt to serve. With this paper, I hope that Deli pharmacy staff will appreciate and help others. Amen.
