★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bayar pemeliharaan /APL rutin , lumayan mahal.. tapi lift sering bgt dan selalu error... kejebak dilift pun saya udah 2x. Terakhir naik lift, tulisannya lantai 15, padahal kita udah sampe di lantai basement. Krn sering error, jadinya kadang suka numpuk penghuni di salah satu lift, satu lift bisa padet bgt isinya. Dipintu masuk apartment banyak motor parkir dipinggir jalan, padahal ada rambu dilarang parkir. Udah lapor ke management, sampe udah capek sendiri. ?
 Pay for routine maintenance / APL, quite expensive.. but the lift is very frequent and always has errors... I have been trapped in the lift twice. The last time we took the elevator, it said 15th floor, even though we had arrived at the basement floor. Because there are often errors, sometimes people like to pile up occupants in one elevator, one lift can be very crowded. At the entrance to the apartment, there are many motorbikes parked on the side of the road, even though there are signs that parking is prohibited. I've reported it to management, until I'm tired myself. ️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ managers are not qualified, they come up with rules and cannot confirm this in any way. The managers are rude and try to mock the customer. Personally, I dealt with this manager. I do not recommend working with this company, it is better to find another place with adequate management
