★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa dengan pelayanan Sedayu City. Nggak sangka untuk pengembalian uang deposit renovasi unit hampir memakan waktu 3 bulan. Bukan nilainya yang saya permasalahkan (2.5jt), tapi pelayanannya. 1 bulan sejak dokumen penyelesaian renovasi unit, serah terima dg pengelola dan serah terima kepada pemilik sudah di serahkan ke CS, tidak ada kabar. Setelah ditanya, baru diinfo kl ini ada kendala karena pegawainya resign.
Satu bulan berikutnya, alasan yang diberikan adalah karena PPKM, maka salah satu orang yang berkuasa untuk menandatangani cek itu tdk ada ditempat krn WFH. Seminggu kemudian dapat info kl cek sudah ditandatangani dan akan ditransfer minggu depan. Hasil nya zoonk.. ditanya lagi, alasannya susah dihubungi dipusat (wow super sekali).
Sudah ditanya lagi dan diminta untuk nunggu 1 minggu lagi. Malam ini tgl 11 Maret 2022 adalah hari terakhir janji. Tapi hasilnya zoonk. Ini sudah hampir 3 bulan.. hanya untuk 2.5 jt butuh berapa bulan??? Sampai hari ini, komplain saya tidak dianggap.
Selain itu, dinyatakan kalau sistem pembayaran/akunting nya sudah kenal hari libur. Kl jatuh tempo cicilan kita pas ditanggal hari libur, pasti akan kena denda. Rakus banget !!
Disappointed with Sedayu City's service. I didn't expect to refund the unit renovation deposit it almost took 3 months. It's not the value that I'm concerned about (2.5 million), but the service. 1 month since the document for the completion of the unit renovation, the handover with the manager and the handover to the owner has been submitted to CS, no news. After being asked, I was just informed that there was a problem because the employee resigned.
One month later, the reason given was because of PPKM, so one of the people who had the power to sign the check was not there because of WFH. A week later, you will be informed that the check has been signed and will be transferred next week. The results are zoonk.
Already asked again and asked to wait 1 more week. Tonight, March 11, 2022 is the last day of appointment. But the result is zoonk. It's been almost 3 months.. just for 2.5 million how many months will it take??? To this day, my complaint is not considered.
In addition, it is stated that the payment/accounting system already recognizes holidays. If our installment is due on a holiday, it will definitely be fined. Very greedy !!
