★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The building is new but the condition is terrible. Rain water leaking through wall, stinky sewage odor coming out of drainage, half of corridor lightings are dead.
Some neighbors are noisy, and the wall between units is really thin. There are only 2 slow elevators, long elevator queue is common during the day.
The worst part is that there's no bus stop nearby. You have to walk more than 20 minutes to find the nearest bus stop.
