1. Small parking lot and registered only for one police number only not per unit. So people like me who use office's car is kinda expensive if i need to change car.
2. There's a big wall crack suddenly in my room.
3. Too many new rules each month. For ex. Swimming time is 07:00-21:00, they security asked me to leave at 21:00 (not a big deal), but when i want to swim at 09:00, sometimes the engineer haven't start the pool (drain?)
4. Maybe because it's budget apt, the people also low budget. People from higher floor tossed out cigs trash on my balcony (i'm on 6th, above the pool at 5th).
5. The staff is unfriendly, specially if you're from other tower.
Not recommended at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This MontBlanc tower is better than two others. more spacey and have a decent balcony. Good place to live. You will see city view as the best view from this tower, better than pool view.
