★ ★ ★ ★ ★ udah langganan di sini lebih dari 2 tahun. kualitas produk semakin baik, harga lebih murah dibandingkan printshops lain, apalagi kalau lagi promo. hanya saja admin WA harus ditingkatkan kinerjanya. kadang responnya kurang ramah dan kalau customer menanyakan sesuatu, penjelasan yang diberikan sering kurang informatif. beberapa kali saya menanyakan tentang suatu produk tapi hanya diberi info yang sangat singkat dan kurang rinci. jadinya, saya sebagai calon customer merasa tidak diajak untuk membeli. sayang banget karena saya selalu puas dengan hasil cetakan yang diberikan, tapi jadi agak males juga kalau adminnya kurang 'menjual'. semoga bisa ditingkatkan yaa. thank youu :-)
 I've been a subscriber here for more than 2 years. the product quality is getting better, the price is cheaper than other printshops, especially when it's promo. it's just that the WA admin has to improve its performance. sometimes the response is not friendly and if the customer asks something, the explanation given is often less informative. several times I asked about a product but was only given very brief and less detailed information. so, as a potential customer, I feel that I am not invited to buy. It's a shame because I'm always satisfied with the printouts provided, but I'm a bit lazy if the admin doesn't 'sell'. I hope it can be improved. thank youu :-)

Pelayanan yang diberikan oleh staff dan karyawan sangat baik dan membantu dalam proses percetakan, fasilitas juga memadai dan lengkap. Parkiran yang ada cukup luas dapat menampung mobil dan motor. Opsi untuk melakukan pemesanan bisa via online dan opsi pembayaran juga tersedia untuk online payment maupun offline
Printing located in the Ciputat area, located next to the Ciputat Eiger store. The place is clean and comfortable, neatly arranged and hygienic. The services provided by the staff and employees are very good and help in the printing process, the facilities are also adequate and complete. The parking lot is large enough to accommodate cars and motorbikes. The option to place an order can be via online and payment options are also available for online and offline payments
