They have super responsive team that can be reached out over Whatsapp. I used to send my document over email or WA (for printing) and ojol (for photocopy), and all the instruction is just over messaging only. After they proceed my documents, I just need to transfer the bill via mobile banking and order another ojol to pick-up my document. Mas Ikhsan & Mba Fira so far are my favorite go-to-person. Good job, Snapy Ciputat team! :)
