★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ga ngerti baru 2 hari digroooming disini anjing gw dah bau lagi. Ini pertama dan terakhir deh grooming disini. Udahlah harganya mahal tp ga ada wangi2nya anjingnya setelah digrooming. Mending petshop lain sih ini krn jarak termasuk deket aja. Semoga ownernya bs lebih lebih memperbaiki kualitas servicenya.
 I don't know, it's only been 2 days since I've been groomed here, my dog smells bad again. This is my first and last grooming here. Never mind the price is expensive but there is no smell of the dog after grooming. It's better for another petshop, because the distance is close. Hopefully the owner can further improve the quality of the service.

Sayangnya pelayanan nya kurang ramah, dan product knowledge nya kurang.
Salesnya ketika ditanya banyak hal tentang produk yang dijual banyak gak tau, juga blm bisa kasih rekomendasi yang sesuai kebutuhan customer
Harganya make sense for the quality tp jadi kurang for the service
Cats/dogs with weight < 5.5 kg cost you 135k for 1.5 hrs of work
Hope they can improve their service
Grooming facilities at this Petshop & Grooming are actually really good, premium, sophisticated, advance ????
Unfortunately the service is not friendly, and the product knowledge is lacking.
The salesperson, when asked a lot of things about the products that are sold, doesn't know a lot, nor can they give recommendations according to customer needs
The price makes sense for the quality but it's not enough for the service
Cats/dogs with weight < 5.5 kg cost you 135k for 1.5 hrs of work
Hope they can improve their service
