★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kecewa. Dtg jam 1 utk kucing mandi biasa. Diinfokan ngantri yg ketiga dan mandi biasa cukup 1 jam saja. Ya udah 1 jam kemudian saya balik lagi, eh katanya belum selesai, selesai jam 6. Toko tutup jam 6. Berhubung mau buka puasa, saya bilang ga bisa, saya minta diantar aja, katanya “iya diantar.” Jam 7 dikabari baru selesai jam 9 atau setengah 10. Malam sekali... akhirnya saya wa dan telepon minta dikabarin selesai jam brp. Alhasil jam 9 malam saya sendiri yg dtg ke petto untuk ambil kucing saya.
