★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visited this salon in May for hair colour. Turns out my hair falls a lot after they did it. The local stylist applied bleach directly on my scalp causing my hair loss. Previously went to other salon for colour but never have I encountered this problem. So stressed out now I have to go do scalp treatments and apply hair tonic to fix this issue sigh

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there because of the 20% discount. I gotta say it wasn’t worth the price. Still expensive af. The result given was super so-so. I clearly showed my disappointment with the result. Should have walked further to go to Ir**n Salon instead. *sigh*

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's my first time in ando and yun and i really disappointed. I asked for layered haircut and the hair stylist just cut it. less than half an hour, he was done. I thought the cut was good, but when I looked in the mall toilet mirror the cut didn't even look like a layered haircut. It's really not worth it paying the price with the haircut that i don't even like.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Super not worth it!! Very disappointed and dissatisfied with the service. NEVER EVER COME HERE!! You deserve better service at other places. I cut my hair with Mr. Ando, I have an appointment at 2 pm but he started handling my hair above 3pm (very unprofessional right, he didn't respect customers' time). And the result? Way below my expectations because he handled more than 3 customers (excluding me) at the same time. Sorry but I won't come again, just wasting time and money. If you cannot handle certain amount of customers, do not accept their appointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my mom made appointment for hair coloring and cushion settings with mr. Ando at 12 pm. We arrived there on time but they did the coloring at 1 pm and the cushion settings for my mom at 4 pm because they accepted too many customers that they could not handle (not professional). Then the guy who did the coloring for me spilled the bleach to my face mask, they asked me if i wanted the new face mask because mine was too dirty. However, they charged me Rp.50.000 for the mask that they offer without telling me first (which is too expensive for medical mask). The guy who did the highlight for me was also not professional, it was uneven and some of the highlight were too big. Its just not worth it at all to go to this salon. We are very disappointed with this salon and wont ever come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had to endure 5h of procedure when it could easily just be done in 3h had they not overbooked customers. Yep, 2h of sitting down *just* waiting and they didn't even tell you anything. The day of my appt there was only one stylist handling like 20 customers. Making an appointment is useless. Skills are sub-par, I got a choppy hair cut and hair color that doesn't look anything like the reference picture. Seems like they're only using the whole "Korean Salon" branding to fool new customers into thinking they're skilled and professional. The pricetag says they're professionals but nothing about this salon is professional. Don't waste your time and money.
