★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Saya sudah pelunasan & termasuk bayar denda, masih aja ditanya bukti pembayaran angsuran terakhir. Padahal saya selalu transfer ke BCA mereka, untuk apa ada sistem kalau masih nanya bukti transfer fisik? Untuk itu, sebisa mungkin jangan pakai Andalan Finance ya, pelayanannya tidak bagus (terutama adminnya). Coba liat aja review2 di google yg lain tentang Andalan, pasti bintang 1 :)
I have paid it off & included paying the fine, I was still asked for proof of the final installment payment. Even though I always transfer to their BCA, why is there a system if I still ask for proof of physical transfer? For that, as much as possible do not use Mainstay Finance yes, the service is not good (especially the admin). Just look at other reviews on Google about Andalan, definitely 1 star :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sumpah sebisa mungkin jangan pake andalan. Apa2 dibikin ribet. Mau balik nama dan perpanjang plat dianjurkan pake biro jasa, BIRO JASA GUNANYA BIAR MUDAH DAN CEPAT WOI! Ini malah katanya pengerjaan 1-2bulan. Udah gesek nomor kendaraan disuruh gesek lagi diminta uang 300.000. Padahal saya ke samsat sendiri GRATIS! Udah itu PENGERJAAN NYA LAMA ga langsung di urusin waktu pertama kali saya kasih berkas!!!! Bener2 mengecewakan. Service dikantor bener2 parah banget. Ga ada RAMAH dan SOPAN SANTUN nya sama costumer.
Swear as much as possible don't use a mainstay. Everything is made complicated. Want to return the name and extend the plate is recommended to use a service bureau, BUREAU OF SERVICE GUN IS EASY AND FAST WOI! This even said 1-2 months of work. Already swiping the number of the vehicle told to swipe again requested money 300,000. Even though I go to the samsat for FREE! Already the LAST WORKING didn't go straight to dozen when I first gave the file !!!! It's really disappointing. The service at the office is really very bad. There is no FRIENDLY and RELAXING PRIVATE with the customer.
