★ ★ ★ ★ ★ buruk sekali nampilkan tunggakan tagihan yang tidak pernah saya lakukan membuat nama saya jelek,dan tidak bisa di jdikan acuan buat pengajuan pinjaman,coba z para lesing ga perlu di pake acuan appi ini buat susah kami saja,ckuplah pake slik ojk sudah sangat akurat,
 it's so bad to show the arrears in arrears that I never did make my name ugly, and can't be used as a reference for applying for a loan, try z the fatigue doesn't need to use this appi reference for our difficulties, just use slik ojk to be very accurate,

Saya minta ada kebijakan dimasa sulit pandemi virus ini..
Diberikan kelonggaran angsuran cicilan.. baik kendaraan atau kta.. saya sebagai pemcahariannya dari sehari2 (tdk ada uang bulanan) agak sulit dengan kondisi seperti ini.. bkn hanya saya mungkin yg lainnya jg sama.
Mohon diperhatikan untuk kelancaran bersama

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ System ngk punya solusi hanya menampilkan tunggakan, silahkan saja sebut dimn kenanya.agar para nasabah menyelesaikan tunggakanya. Klo hal ini dibiarkan lama2 setiap nasabah yg kena akan mengakibatkan leasing akan kesulitan mendapatkan nasabah juga krn udh kena APPI.
The system doesn't have a solution, it only shows arrears, please just say where you are due. So that customers can settle their arrears. If this is left for a long time, every customer who gets hit will result in leasing having difficulty getting customers too because they have been hit by the APPI.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sangat merugikan nih,hanya ada keterangan blacklist tanpa kita bisa tau ad masalah dimana,,di telpon ke kantor appi tidak ada penjelasan,mau kita datangi kantor nya juga tetep kita ga bisa d kasih penjelasan...bagaimana nih..
This is very detrimental, there is only blacklist information without us being able to know where the problem is, on the phone to the appi office there is no explanation, we want to go to the office too, but we can't give an explanation...how about this..
