★ ★ ★ ★ ★ For an award winning restaurant the food is quite good. Foie gras was nothing close to any Foie gras I've tasted in Europe, but the fish and meat are excellent. Unfortunately this experience was impaired, because I was served chilled red wine.
I took the 6 course menu for me and girfriend. My gf ordered burgundy white, and I decided for the Bordeaux. When mine came, it was still chilly. Then i claimed to the waiter that the wine isn't room temperature, then he explained that I have to wait for the wine to warm up. It's supposed to be from the cellar, so he said.
When you pay 219k for a glass of 2012 Bordeaux, you expect to be able to drink it, when it arrives at your table. I had to wait until the 3rd course to come, so that the wine is finally room temperature. Meanwhile, I was just sitting there drinking my water.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the longest standing fine dining establishments in Jakarta. Consistently good, especially when chef Gilles is doing his magic in the open kitchen. Seasonal high quality ingredients are regularly flown in and prepared beautifully. Last night we had the white asparagus, burrata mozzarella, Mediterranean seabass, Iberico pork chop, Japanese beef, grand Marnier souffle, Valrhonna chocolate selection and wonderful mixed berries plate with sabayon. Beautiful dishes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good service, beautiful plating and moderate prices. We had the 5-course tasting menu, and thought it was quite good. The fish course was especially memorable. However the deserts were a bit of a let down.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent. It is clear to see why this is the priemere venue for fine dining in Jakarta. The service is impeccable. The staff has acquired the skill to deftly appear when needed and disappear when they are not. The food, as always, is perfect. From the introductory gougeres, to Chef Gilles’s signature Dover sole, to the exquisite chocolate soufflé, everything is perfectly as it should be with no reservations. In a word, excellent.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent french food paired with great portugal wine. Spain pork is so tender and juicy. Australian Black Angus beef is grilled perfectly, great aroma. Highly recommended. Price is at about Rp.1 million per head.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amuz serves exquisite fine dining dishes that will give you memorable experience. We went for the 6 course meal that comes with 2 desserts at the end. You will leave full with 6 course; the foie gras and duck meat were out favourite. Great service too; will come back in the future
