Saya baru pertama kali coba ke sini.
Ikut di tgl 1 Oktober 2019 dan sudah bayar untuk 4x pertemuan saat hari H
tersedia 4x & 8x pertemuan. Awalnya saya tertarik yang 8x pertemuan, ternyata harus selalu dtg di hari Selasa (sesuai hari H saya ikutpertama kali).
Tentunya gak bisa dong karna gak fleksibel krn sy bekerja shift.
Saya sdh konfirmasi ke admin kalau saya kerja shift, sedangkan bln oktober ada 5 minggu hari selasa. Informasi dr adminnya boleh diambil asalkan masih dlm bulan yg sama.
Hari ini saya dpt WA admin bahwa tgl15&22 oktober ok saya tdk datang jd hangus. Padahal rencananya saya mau ikut lagi di akhir bulan oktober (terkait jadwal dinas)
Bukan pertama kali saya ikut kelas zumba, cuma di Amigo Gym BSD saja yg aneh dan gak fleksibel.
Uang saya hilang krn informasi yang gak jelas dan peraturam yg aneh
Jempol kebawah buat peraturan manajemennya.
Gak akan pernah lagi ke Amigo Gym & tidak akan pernah rekomendasikannya ke orang lain.

It's my first time trying to come here.
Join on October 1, 2019 and have paid for 4x meetings on D-day
4x & 8x meetings available. Initially I was interested in the meeting 8 times, it turns out that I always have to come on Tuesday (according to the D-day I joined the first time).
Of course I can't because it's not flexible because I work shifts.
I have confirmed to the admin that I work shifts, while October there are 5 weeks Tuesday. Information from the admin can be taken as long as it's still in the same month.
Today I can WA admin that on October 15 & 22 it's ok I didn't come so it was forfeited. Even though I plan to join again at the end of October (related to the official schedule)
Not the first time I took a zumba class, only at the Amigo Gym BSD which was strange and not flexible.
My money was lost because of unclear information and strange regulations
Thumbs down for the management rules.
Never going to Amigo Gym again and will never recommend it to others.

The price is much more expensive but comfortable for me, the equipment is quite complete but the gym is narrow
