My #1 choice among half a dozen within 5km radius from my place.
It has squat rack, yes!
Not too crowded, and peeps here put their dumbbells back where they belong!
Clean and we'll maintained (change room and shower too), and wife can still have her classes.
Oh, and price wise it's waaay better compared to the franchises.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best choice for a fitness centre in Bintaro. Not only it is affordable, the gym equipment available is relatively complete. The place also has a sauna for avid sauna people. I would not normally say this, but for only 400k a month its cheaper than most places within a 5-6Km radius and well worth the money.
side note: peak hours varies between weekends and weekdays
