★ ★ ★ ★ ★ //Suggestion//to minimize long qeueing for service register. It's better to optimize service advisor on register processing. Sorry to say, there are two service advisors but they are not focusing on quick and smart handling for service register.
Perhaps, early service booking should be implemented via social media such as Whatsapp etc.
Right now, some service stalls and technicians are on idle activities. Bottle neck on service register processing.
A simple thing, but it'll make big diffrence for customer if you improve it.//
Befero I was give 5 stars but now 3 stars until there are some improvements.
Yamaha bike service with professional technician. Covid 19 protocols are implemented.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was so comfy to be here, the service was good, staff was care. Very detail to exam any part of vehicle. High tech with some images to see problem of each parts. Good communication to inform any infotmation to customer. If you come early, you will get some snacks and coffee. Thanks. It was so happy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service is much better than it used to be. The mechanic told me the worn out parts, but they didn't insist on replacing them.
However, this place still needs some more skillful mechanics. I had sent my bike in at 10 am and they got it done at 5 pm due to the absence of some staff after Eid holiday.
Nevertheless, I really appreciate the progress. My dad bought his first bike here in 2004 and this place has significantly improved ever since.
