SANGAT TIDAK PROFESSIONAL
Saya sudah sering sekali datang.
Sebelum datang selalu Booking via Telfon.
Memang sebelumnya saya tidak pernah mempersalahkan, karena memang setiap saya datang selalu ada tempat kosong untuk saya (walaupun saya dtg melebihi jadwal Booking).
Tapi hari ini Sabtu, 1 Oktober 2016 saya melakukan Booking seperti biasa via Telfon. Saya datang seperti biasa (lebih 25 menit) ketika saya dtg tempat cuma tinggal 1 (saya berdua dengan mama saya).
Saya menunggu dengan sabar. 25 menit berlalu kesabaran saya sudah habis. Walaupun saya sudah pelanggan lama. Namanya salon, pasti ada sistem Booking dan yg Booking pasti duluan..
Begitukan fungsi sistem Booking? Apabila tidak duluan untuk apa orang Booking? Langsung aja dateng.
SETIAP ADA YANG BOOKING VIA TELFON TIDAK PERNAH DIMINTAI NAMA ATAU NOMOR TELFON.
Sehingga sistemnya siapa datang duluan dia yang dapat. Apabila PROFESSIONAL, catat nama pelanggan dan MINTA NOMOR TELFON untuk konfirmasi kedatangan.
Apabila sudah melebihi jadwal Booking dan tiba-tiba ada yg datang, Telfon orang yg Booking dan tanyakan apakah jadi datang atau tidak. Jangan sudah Booking taunya tempat diambil orang.
SANGAT TIDAK PROFESSIONAL.
Saya tidak akan datang kembali dan sangat tidak merekomendasikan tempat ini.

Indeed, I never blame before, because indeed every time I come there is always an empty place for me (even though I exceed the booking schedule).
But today Saturday, October 1, 2016 I made a booking as usual via telephone. I came as usual (over 25 minutes) when I came to a place with only 1 left (I was alone with my mom).
I waited patiently. 25 minutes passed My patience was up. Even though I'm already a long time customer. It's called a salon, there must be a Booking system and the Booking must be first ..
Is that the function of the Booking system? If not, what is the first person for booking? Just come immediately.
EVERYTHING THERE IS A BOOKING VIA TELFON NEVER ASKED BY A NAME OR TELFON NUMBER.
So the system is who comes first who gets it. If it is PROFESSIONAL, record the customer's name and ASK FOR A PHONE NUMBER to confirm arrival.
If the booking schedule has exceeded and suddenly someone comes, call the person who booked and ask if it came or not. Do not already Booking is a place taken by people.
VERY NOT PROFESSIONAL.
I will not come back and highly do not recommend this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Secara tempat sih bersih ya, petugas nya juga pake masker cuma sygnya pemakaian maskernya juga ala kadarnya aja alias gak erat gitu maskernya.
Di tengah saya potong rambut, datanglah petugas sampah menanyakan ada sampah yg ingin dibuang gak, kebetulan di lantai itu hanya ada mbak yg pegang rambut saya aja, jd dia yg ambil tong sampah salon lalu dikasih ke petugas tukang sampahnya, dan tau tanpa basa basi dia langsung mau megang rambut saya. Aduuuh saya kaget langsung saya blg: "mbak gak cuci tgn dulu? "
Dan tau jawabannya apa ?: "Saya cuma gitu aja, emg perlu ya? "
Dan saya jawab lagi: "iya mbak, maaf ya" (Malah saya yg minta maaf kedia padahal kan yg jorok situ mbak, hedehhhhhh)
Nah yg mengecewakan lagi rambut saya dipotong yang gak jelas dari panjang bgt sampe ya Allah bikin mood berantakan mau dirapihin juga udh kependekan.
Rambut tuh mahkota cewek lho, plislah kapsternya cari yg bener!!!!!!!
