PUSAT SAMA CABANG ATURAN KOK BEDA.BARANG ILANG, PAYAH, UNTUK TEMAN2 PIKIR2 LAGI KALAU MAU KIRIM PAKE EXPRES INI.... MENGECEWAKAN
 WHAT ARE THE RIGHTS TO UNLOCK THE GOODS, IF SOMETHING DOESN'T pass, THE CONFIRMATION SHOULD BE RETURNED OR WHERE, EVEN GETTING OUT OF THE GT, WHICH IS WRITTEN IN THE BOX WHICH YOU WANNA WANT AGAIN. CENTERS SAME BRANCHES WHY THE RULES ARE DIFFERENT. LOST ITEMS, WORRY, FOR FRIENDS THINK AGAIN IF YOU WANT TO SEND THIS EXPRES.... DISAPPOINTING

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Paket hilang dan tdk sampai tapi kurir di negara tujuan ngeyel sdh di kirim ke alamat penerima padahal nunggu 2minggu lebih paket tdk ada datang sorry for 1 star ?, semoga di perbaiki lagi services nya terlebih kurir nya utk di briefing lebih lagi agar costumer tidak kecewa, NB: kesalahan ada di kurir paket di kasihkan ke org lain dan kurir juga sdh mengakui kalo itu kesalahan dia tapi dari pihak ekspedisi sendiri juga tdk ada tanggung jwb nya padahal kurir adalah karyawan mereka membawa nama besar perusahaan , pihak pusat maupun kurir tdk mau ganti rugi atas hilangnya paket padahal jelas2 kesalahan ada di pihak mereka sangat kecewa sekali dengan service nya
The package was lost and didn't arrive but the courier in the destination country was complaining that it had been sent to the recipient's address even though he waited for more than 2 weeks, the package didn't arrive, sorry for 1 star , hopefully the services will be improved, especially the courier for further briefing so that the customer is not disappointed, NB: the error is in the courier, the package is given to someone else and the courier has also admitted that it was his fault but from the expedition itself there is also no responsibility even though the courier is an employee, they carry the company's big name, the center and the courier don't want to compensate for the loss of the package even though it was clear the error was on their side, they were very disappointed with the service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Gimana sih ekspres ini, klo ada barang yg dilarang kirim k Taiwan harusny konfirmasi barang balikin, bukan asal ngilangin jejak, begitu ada komplen katany ga ada riject tp dibongkar, begitu ada barang kurang kok katanya exspres ga bertanggung jawab kalo udah dikirim dan nyampe ditempat tujuan.PELAYANAN CS LEMOT..

How about this express, if there are goods that are prohibited from sending to Taiwan, you must confirm the goods are returned, not just to erase the traces, once there is a complaint it says there is no receipt but it is dismantled, once there is a shortage of goods, how come the express is not responsible if it has been sent and arrived at the destination .SLOW CS SERVICE..
FOR OTHER CR EXPRESS FRIENDS, I REALLY DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL....???

Paket saya dimana tanggung jawab, sudah lebih 18 hari di Taiwan tapi tidak sampai, kalau tidak bisa berikan pelayanan "express" tidak usah pakai embel-embel express lah
Saya tidak recommend sekali menggunakan jasa ekspedisi ini, sudah tidak amanah jawabanya selalu ditunggu terus.SAMPAI KAPAN?! CUSTOMER saya sudah complain ke saya karena pelayanan dari Kurir kalian
SO AWESOME, Worst Service especially shipping to Taiwan.
Where is the responsibility for my package, it's been more than 18 days in Taiwan but it hasn't arrived, if you can't provide "express" service, you don't have to use express frills
I don't recommend using this expedition service at all, it's no longer trustworthy, the answer is always waiting. UNTIL WHEN?! My CUSTOMER has complained to me because of the service from your Courier
