★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is clean. But the tv screen is super bad. And when we finished bfast and want to go back room,the card cannot functioned well because the battery empty. And our car is dirty in the morning because of the small frtuis falling from the tree. Not worth for the price that we spent

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cozy & Easy place for a getaway. From South Jakarta only 60km.
I really like the open space here. Rooms are big if you take the suite room. Good access each floor and the bathroom is so clean in white.
Very ideal for family, honeymooners and corporate gathering.
The pool is huge and many green areas.
In the morning the sunrise and mount Salak are clear to view from the dining area.
Parking space is good spot as well

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Short getaway hotel from Jakarta but not yet join traffic nightmare on Puncak area. Located near with Rancamaya, it is noy part of Rancamaya real estate.
Hotel seems privately owned and managed. They have decent outdoor area with pool.
Priced at around IDR 600ish on weekdays still considered as quite worthed. On high season it can reach to IDR 1,000ish which might be too expensive
TV already need replacement, show sign of damage monitor.
Not all room is have direct access using wheel chair, make sure if you bring elderly or have baby stroller
They provide in room massage. This is clean and proper massage not hanky panky thing. Priced at IDR 250ish (60 minutes). Massage quality is acceptable, too light on the pressure in my personal opininion.
Service level only at 3/5, pool have very limited pool towel. They even suggest to bring hotel towel instead
Wifi connection is fair, youtube can be accessed as well as Zoom but not really stable at all area and all time
Food quality is fair, limited breakfast or even ala carte dinner menu. Even green tea is sold out
Kindly tone down the bug repellent smoke (made from burnt dried coffee ground). This affect food taste and breakfast area is becoming too smoky as well
Need to improve on service level:
- receptionist does not coordinate well with massageur end up they dont know which service provided and how much exact to be billed
- massage have 4 option, but thr massageur even have difficulty in explaining what is the difference between them
- asking for late check out, result in very quick no response without even checking data base first (intend to have 30 minutes or 60 minuted late check out). I am staying on Tuesday and check out on Wednesday
- manual or no receipt for dine in and massage service

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel room is beautiful...it has some sort of small porch in the front of room door...but I don't see any water sprinkler and smoke detector inside...maybe that is why all rooms are non smoking.
But it is cozy and surrounded by green area.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Comfort room, nice view, great service, food taste was okay but it's too average.. the location is a bit far from the main street, good to escape from the city bustle but not too good for business trip.. there's a medium pool and a park with small farm side and this hotel got 80% of outdoor area so don't forget to bring your umbrella or rain coat because it's almost rain all the time..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This hotel has a serene surrounding and lovely nature view.
The only thing I hate is the room. It has no window so basically no view from the room. The only access is the window next to the door which right in front of the aisle. So it is impossible to open the curtain to get some sun light to the room as people will easily see what’s going on inside the room.
