★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lab yang sangat tidak profesional. Call center susah dihubungi, hasil lab lebih dari 24 jam tidak keluar dan pada saat saya tes diberitahu hasil maksimal jam 12 siang tapi di whatsapp bilangnya hasil tes maksimal jam 12 malam. SANGAT TIDAK PROFESIONAL
Very unprofessional lab. The call center is difficult to contact, lab results for more than 24 hours do not come out and when I tested I was told the maximum results were at 12 noon but on WhatsApp they said the maximum test results were at 12 at night. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sadly a very disappointed experience PCR Test here. Had to bring cash during this Corona Season because their machine wasn’t working. Wait time was quick tho, there was just 1 car ahead of us. Test procedure was just normal like other clinics. What made me disappointed was how long it took them to send us the test results. When every other clinic sends us the results in less than 24 hours, sometimes just within 6 hours after sample was taken, Altomed didn’t even managed to send us the results within 24 hours. I remembered getting tested on Thursday morning 8:15AM, and we just got the result Friday afternoon 2:30PM. Imagine if we were testing for a flight or urgent purposes. Definitely will NOT recommend this place to get you test done, bad experience for me and my family EVERYTIME. We had given this place a chance for more than 3 times, and they still failed us. More to that, our results weren’t uploaded to our Peduli Lindungi app even after the results were emailed to us. Considering the price they charged us is the same as other clinics, it really doesn’t make sense. Sadly, the worst experience ever of getting a PCR Test. Sorry, hope this place make some major improvements.
