★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The modern design hotel meets technology. What i considered as cool in every way is, to know that the room using motion sensor to control the lighting and the aircon. What the use for? Of course for saving the energy.
This hotel looks very colorful at the front, but on the side you find it very diffrent. Its calm and relaxing atmosphere. The interior decoration is bery good.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ on my 4th day (of 10) of repatriation quarantine. quarantining here since they're the only ones left with rooms. service is a mess for the first 4 days, promised lunch at latest 1pm, it's 2pm and still hasn't come, called a couple times only to get a generic response. Not an isolated incident since I'd be more understanding for occasional errors. Should have been more adept considering quarantining guests are strictly banned from ordering food online from outside restaurants. Unfortunately this is a mandated stay.

Clean rooms, modern design room interior, tasty foods, great location and warm staff.
The women restroom in the lobby near the ballroom is quite dark, I think it needs more light.
Overall everything was great

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was travelling to Indonesia, and this hotel was booked for me for the quarantine. I have been in Jakarta before in a quarantine hotel, but this hotel was very very good to stay the 4 days. It was very nice , clean and had a nice comfortable bed. Staying there was very so much better then the previous hotel. The staff is very friendly and spoke fluently English. I had some issues with the wifi. Sometimes the speed and connection was not so good. I don't think it was the hotel but other things. And finally.... the food... That was really really good...I had the Indonesian food and that tasted and looked very good. Always was looking forward to the next meal... Those 4 days quarantine were easy to handle there...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Last day of my 7 days quarantine. Great service, great food and great staffs too.
The bed was really comfy. Clean bathroom and room.
The foods always come on time. Two options available daily, either Indonesian or western food with fruits, juice and cake on side.
Every morning they will provide 3 big water bottles. Towels, toothpaste and toothbrush will replace daily if you need it.
Just call receptionists if you need anything , they will happily to assist you.
Recommended ?
Note:
No outside food allowed, but their restaurant open for 24 hours.
