I did my hair here before and I was really happy
Today it all started wrong?
Receptionist was extremely rude, claim she could not find my appointment ?
Just to realize she overbooked, my husband actually ask to see the appointment book and found my name is actually there.
The color was not at all done as before ?
To top it of when I explain this, I got burned by the hairdryer as the gentleman was not impressed that I am now complaining.
This is after 3 hours ?
What got to me the most was the rude attitude of receptionist when I mentioned that I am not at all impressed with the service today.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst, the cashier put whatever price she decides, she priced coloring the roots same as usual coloring, she also adds 50% on blow air price for using the straigthner. Not to mention that the staff aren't well trained, I asked for hair mask and she left it for 2 mins and wanted to wash it with shampoo (she doesn't even bother to read the instructions) .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service is good, I got my hair colored + highlights, happy with the result.
However I don't understand with the credit card deal. I supposed to get 30% off the service, but the stupid cashier explained that I should mentioned upfront that I wanted to pay with UOB credit card, and payment after 9pm can't get a discount deal.
It's really not fair, I think.
When I use the card in other salons I always get the discount deal after I'm done, no hassle.
Some salons has their own tricks, I suppose. Just didn't think that Alfons is one of them.

This place applies a strict covid 19 protocol so i feel safe to have a treatment in there. My go to stylist for cut and hair coloring is with mas Haris.
