★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am suprised by the other reviews. My massage was basically the therapist just touching my body with no pressure or technique. I was so bored and uncomfortable I was just waiting for the clock to run out. And when I left, nobody even bothered to look up from their phone or ask me about the massage or bring me any water or tea. I literally just left the massage and had to walk right past the reception without saying anything because nobody seemed to care about anything. Big waste of money and time.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ yesterday was the first and the last time i went here (and maybe its other branch too). i made myself clear as a first timer, by saying "susah ya cari tempatnya" and then they responded "oh bari pertama kali ya bu", then i nodded. yet no one at the receptionist seems to care to tell me about the massage menu, instead they shoot me with "mau yg brp menit bu?" partly, it was my mistake too for not asking for the treatments explaination...
we have to make payment first before entering, so i guess we can not change the treatment we have chosen. i was making sure im getting the right treatment by asking the teraphist "ini full body kan?" and she answered yes. surprisingly what i chose is dry massage ???? none told me about that.... i was expected to come and have a deep sleep at the place while someone is massaging my body with oil, yet i just sit in the chair for 90mins and gone mad inside ? i feel like getting into a trap...
whats funny is... yesterday i came with a fluffy hoodie as you know its raining in the afternoon, so yeah the therapist is massaging me with my hoodie on... i can not barely feel her and i also pity her for making so much effort on pushing that hoodie of mine (poor us) ?
later I know the treatment i wanted is named "atheletic massage" omg how am i supposed to know ? no explanation on the menu, the receptionist is not saying anything too. i thought that was intended for the athletes ???
i was also wondering whats the deal with that plastic separator between us with the therapist? i mean, i was massaged in a big room, what separate me with others is just a curtain (that is not fully closed, imagine the beds in UKS). it kind of open space, so that separator doesnt make sense at all. like... we still breath the same air in the same room ??♀️
all and all, i suggest the management make a serious note from this, so not many first timer like me get pranked hehe ✌? also i would like to apologize for this review, i have no intention to spread bad words, maybe i am just not your target market. thank you so much.

He only touched my body. After i asked him how many people he massaged today, suddenly he massaged me with hard pressure. You ruined my day! Absolutely the worst experience i’ve ever had. I only took 45 minutes out of 90 minutes and GO HOME! Never go back!

All the attitudes of the staff beyond words, over the phone when you make some reservation, warm greetings with smiles when you arrive and the whole massage experience. Therapists are super good, even the male therapist they're very professional and trustworthy. I tried other Kokuo branch, and some of the male therapist make me feel unsafe and uncomfortable. I used to have my favourite male therapist but his not longer there, but gladly I meet Pak Karyadi, sincere guy, helpful trustworthy and super super super good energy, 10 stars for my Bapak .. and he would offer me hot ginger tea at the end of my session.
Place is clean with warm ambiance. All the sofa are comfortable. During pandemic they followed the protocol, should be safe!
Another thing I like this branch alot, the guest respect each other’s times by remain silence, no chitchatting with their partners or having loud conversation over the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went there with my friend, it's so quiet and dark. My friend and I think that the massage is not that good. I would rate the service 5 out of 10. It's kind of pricey, I took 90 mins session for 200 something. You can also take the premium where you can watch netflix.
