★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pelayanannya mengecewakan, dan petugasnya tidak memiliki etitud yg baik dan sopan, kalo beli barang via aplikasi alfamart petugas sering salah alhasil kami konsumen yg harus menanggung kesalahan petugas

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pesan via Alfagift, barang diambil sama Pramuniaga, sbg customer kita percayakan barang yg d masukan sama mereka, tiba2 seminggu kemudian pramuniaga bilang ke saya "Kak kemarin sampo yg d masukin salah harusnya 125ml". PRAMUNIAGA SALAH MEMASUKAN BARANG yaa bukan customer.
Pas ditanya "Lah terus gimana mbak?" Dia jawab "Gpp kak hanya konfirmasi saja"
Bberapa hari belanja di Alfamart lagi Pramuniaga yg sama masih membahas hal yang sama, "Kak kemaren sampo nya bener yaa ml yg besar?". Saya jawab "Ya gaktau saya gak perhatikan, terus maunya gimana ini? Saya ganti atau gimana? Kemaren katanya gpp udh clear!".
Seolah2 CUSTOMER YANG SALAH, padahal YANG SALAH AMBIL PRAMUNIAGA nya, saya ambil barang jeda waktu dari pemesanan cukup lama yaitu 1jaman jd tdk terburu2, kenapa kesalahan spt itu bisa terjadi dan CUSTOMER YG HARUS GANTI RUGI? Akhirnya saya nambah uang YANG DISURUH sama Pramuniaga nya. Bukan masalah nominal, nominalnya cuna 15k tapi MELEMPARKAN TANGGUNG JAWAB itu adalah perkara yg serius. Mohon pihak Alfamart lbh mengoreksi kinerja baik supervisor atau pramuniaga ALFAMART TAJI, PRAMBANAN. Terimakasih

Finally, I added the money that the sales assistant told me to. It's not a nominal problem, the nominal is only 15k, but throwing the responsibility is a serious matter. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 1. Beberapa Hari yg lalu ke alfa, kasirnya ga sopan blasss. Masa kasirnya ngelayanin gue sambil naro maskernya di jidat? Sopan kah gitu? Ga lucu, Cringe adanya.. Silahkan cek cctv bulan ini! Gue ga ngadi-ngadi. Performance kasir tolong ditraining dulu kek..
2. Selesai transaksi, nota Udh keluar, baru bilang "200nya utk donasi ya kak." Kok ngatur2 uang gue segala? Kalo ga ada kembalian 200 tu ngomong! Bukan motong kembalian org tanpa nanya.
Never ever belanja di alfa cabang ini lg! Bad attitude! Itu baru 2 point, sebenernya banyak lg. Tolong evaluasi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kesini sebab ada Bean Coffee, pesen Es Kopi Jadul. Kualitasnya ya mirip seperti Yummy Coffee punyanya Indomaret. Es Kopi Jadul rasanya cenderung manis dengan sedikit pahit tapi masih kurang terasa sensasi kopi.
Tidak ada spesial Barista yang membikin kopi karena memang bukan espresso. Karyawan sendiri kurang begitu paham cara membuat Es Kopi Jadul, meski begitu lumayan lah bisa bikin kopi meski agak lambat.
Sayangnya, untuk pembayaran dengan cashless pakai shopee pay belum bisa, tapi bisa pakai OVO dan Go Pay.
Came here because there is Bean Coffee, order old school iced coffee. The quality is similar to Indomaret's Yummy Coffee. Old school iced coffee tends to be sweet with a bit of bitterness, but it still lacks the sensation of coffee.
There is no special Barista who makes coffee because it is not espresso. The employees themselves don't really understand how to make old school iced coffee, even though it's okay to be able to make coffee even though it's a bit slow.
Unfortunately, cashless payments using Shopee Pay are not possible, but you can use OVO and Go Pay.
