★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Even though this accomodation is located in a housing complex, it is quite popular among ride-hailing drivers. When I arrived, I could not find the entrance door and decided to go to security post right across the accomodation to ask. The security ask me to 'push the front door.' What I am trying to say is this accomodation may not look like a conventional ho(s)tel (a lobby and reception desk).
Once I got inside, I encountered a locked glass door and rang the ball. One of the staffs greeted me and showed me where my room is.
(+) Room was clean and is spacious. Wifi, hot water and air conditioner worked really well. All rooms on the first floor overlook a small swimming pool. The accomodation is quiet and thus, is perfect to rest. Staffs were helpful and accomodating.
(-) The bedroom door was made of glass (unlike majority of hotel door which is made of wood). The accomodation provides shade (which is thick, very fortunately) to cover the door for privacy. 100K deposit is required upon check-in
All in all, this is an affordable accomodation close to UPH and Supermall Karawaci.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very dirty bathrooms, big cockroaches found death and alive. Bedsheet and bedcovers are dirty lots of small Insects. The staff just put airy pillows and other complimentary stuff then leave without even clean the room. TV doesn't work at all. I have to clean the bathrooms, bedsheet & bedcover by myself.
Very tired and have to do all the clean, still can't sleep because the cockroaches ?
Not comeback for sure ? not worth the price and not as shown In the picture ?
