 Easy to find place. Dear little place. Not maintained. Some rooms have no ventilation and good air circulation. Dirty toilet. Broken door.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sewa kamar agak over priced, tiap kamar ada ac dan kamar mandi dalam. Ada wifi dan lumayan cepat. Lokasi strategis : mudah buat beli makanan, dekat dengan fasum, dan hanya 100mtr dari jalan raya serpong.
Room rent is a bit over priced, each room has ac and an attached bathroom. There's wifi and it's pretty fast. Strategic location: easy to buy food, close to fasum, and only 100mtr from the Serpong highway.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Kamar nyaman, sudah full wallpaper semua, wc dan ac dalam setiap kamar.. pengurusnya juga ramah dan fleksibel, teman berkunjung tidak masalah asal izin dulu ???
The rooms are comfortable, all full wallpapers, toilets and air conditioning in each room.. the management is also friendly and flexible, friends visiting it doesn't matter as long as permission first ???
