(tapi jam buka nya gak seperti hari biasa ya..) pernah juga lagi long weekend yang dmana2 tutup dsini buka lho.. motor gak bisa jalan sama sekali, telp kesini bisa di cek drumah, klo perlu cek lebih dbawa sama montirnya ke bengkel.. mantap deh pokoknya ?
My favorite place for motorbike service is here ... the weekend is still open ... (but the opening hours aren't like normal days ...) you can check it at home, if you need to check more, bring the mechanic to the workshop ... it's cool anyway ?

Saya datang ke AHASS ini di tanggal 9 Sep 2021 sekitar jam 7.40 pagi untuk ganti oli dan filter oli untuk motor CBR 250RR karena sudah waktunya, dan ganti kabel body karena ada yg terputus. Tapi justru dapat pengalaman tidak baik.
Pelayanan di awal sangat ramah, saat datang langsung disambut petugasnya, dibantu registrasi. Tempat tunggunya lega, bersih, dan terpisah dari bengkelnya.
Disampaikan kalau kabel body tidak ada. It's OK, it's not a big deal.
Pengalaman tidak baik muncul karena setelah menunggu beberapa lama, mekanik yg mendatangi saya dan sampaikan kalau bengkelnya tidak punya alat untuk bongkar dan pasang filter oli. Di sini, posisinya oli mesin sudah terkuras. Oh no, super kecewa. Semua kesan baik di awal langsung hilang sekejap. Tapi, mekanik coba bantu jelaskan dan meminta maaf.
AHASS 908 Margonda Depok, silakan comment jika kendala ini sudah diatasi. Sangat disayangkan, tempatnya nyaman, SDM ramah, tapi alat dan part tidak lengkap.

I came to AHASS on September 9, 2021 at around 7.40 am to change the oil and oil filter for the CBR 250RR motorcycle because it was time, and replace the body cable because something was disconnected. But actually got a bad experience.
The service at the beginning was very friendly, when they arrived they were immediately greeted by the officers, assisted with registration. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and separate from the workshop.
It was said that there was no body cable. It's OK, it's not a big deal.
The bad experience arose because after waiting for a while, the mechanic came to me and said that the workshop did not have the tools to disassemble and install the oil filter. Here, the position of the engine oil has been drained. Oh no, super disappointed. All good impressions at the beginning disappeared instantly. But, the mechanic tried to help explain and apologize.
AHASS 908 Margonda Depok, please comment if this problem has been resolved. It's a pity, the place is comfortable, the human resources are friendly, but the tools and parts are not complete.
