Ok, harga itu subjective, but treatment/serving attitude, judging from the two sales reps who handled my order, their attitude was, "take it or leave it"; i was the only customer at the shop at that moment. I was there for 12 mins, merely asking what is/are included for the price they quoted for me, so to eliminate confusion during pick-up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Laba-Laba is one of the oldest leather repair shop in Indonesia, it can trace the roots back in 1898, although the new format of Laba Laba itself is first unveiled in mid 2000s, the branch in Depok is one of the new expansion, it offers first professional service of it's kind in Depok, it offers service of all kinds of leathercraft, bags, shoes, jacket, luggage and even Sofa, if you aren't sure if they can fix your item, you just need to call them and ask! Like their slogan "Reparasi Segala" (Fixed all kind of miscellaneous items)
Depok branch of Laba Laba is located in strategic Margonda road, there is a small but decent parking space in front of the store with dedicated security, inside the staff is really nice and sometimes we can see the elderly owner of this branch which is very nice and she can even guess what kind of damage just by looking at it, last time I fixed my luggage and it was finished in the next day, just amazing.
Overall this store is excellent, excellent service, staff and fast. I know where I will go whenever I need to fix luggage or shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A store to repair everything (that's literally the slogan). Bring goods like hand bags, belts, wallets or suitcases and they can repair any damage or tear. The store you never knew you needed!

1. Friendly and helpful staffs.
2. Pretty cozy place & very clean.
3. Quick repair.
Cons:
1. Small parking capacity and no shelter.
2. Pricey and seems no other alternative part to subtitute/equivalent. Since the parts were universal, thus the size and shape not exactly similar with the original one.
3. Precision tools is a must, to prevent additional damage when repairing.
