Meski belum ada free wifi untuk akses internet, tetapi signal kuat dari sebagian besar provider karena dekat dengan tower hp.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Walau bukan Ahas bintang lima ruang tunggu di sini nyaman. Tidak ada ruang tunggu berpendingin udara. Ada TV LED yang menemani pelanggan menunggu motornya diservice. Pelayanan sangat ramah, jika service di sini karyawan dan mekanik banyak melayani atau berdialog menggunakan bahasa jawa halus atau kadang dengan bahasa Indonesia dengan logat jawa Jogja yang medok, sangat terasa kultur Jogja-nya. Karena terkenal dengan pelayanan prima dan hasil service yang memuaskan maka jangan heran kalo service di sini akan antri lumayan lama kalau tidak datang pagi-pagi benar. Memang kadang customers di sini kalau terlanjur dapat antrian lama akan ditinggal ke pasar atau jalan-jalan menikmati kota Wates mengingat letak bengkel ini di dekat alun-alun wates, pasar wates, stasiun kereta api dan perkantoran kabupaten.

Service is very friendly, if the service here, employees and mechanics serve a lot or dialogue using fine Javanese language or sometimes with Indonesian with a Javanese accent, which is very interesting, it feels the culture of Jogja. Because it's famous for its excellent service and satisfying service results, don't be surprised if the service here will queue up quite a bit if it doesn't arrive early in the morning. Indeed, sometimes the customers here if they are already able to queue for long will be left to the market or take a walk to enjoy the city of Wates, considering the location of this workshop near the Wates Square, Wates Market, Railway Station and District Offices.
