★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mohon dievaluasi untuk pelayanan protokol yang diterpakan, alangkah lebih baik masyarakat yang mengantri diberi fasilitas tepat duduk yg berjarak, saat ini masyarakat di suruh antri secara berdiri, saya pribadi lihat banyak orang tua yg berdiri, jg malah terjadi kerumunan dan pelayanan informasi hanya 1 itupun satpam. Mohon diperbaiki.
Please be evaluated for the protocol services that are applied, it would be better for people who are queuing to be given proper seating facilities that are far apart, now people are being told to queue standing up, I personally saw a lot of old people standing, there was also a crowd and there was only 1 information service and even then the security guard . Please fix.
